A Shaman's mesa is their most sacred item. It is a physical representation of their own spirit, their main healing healing tool, and an ancient way of connecting to the power and wisdom of all of the spirits of the world (earth, mountain, water, wind, creator.) I believe a Shaman's mesa evolves just as the Shaman does. As the Shaman grows, the mesa grows.
